Caesars in advanced talks on £2.9bn William Hill takeover bid

The operator of the Las Vegas casino Caesars Palace has confirmed it is in “advanced discussions” about a possible £2.9bn takeover bid for the UK bookmaker William Hill.

I’d like to see an official investigation into possible *insider trading* some *large amounts of shares were purchased just before these offers were made* its very *suspicious*

I’m sure Billy Hill can’t believe they’re luck the potential purchasers have seriously overvalued this company that’s been in steady decline for some time due to new gambling regulations the valuation for this company is nearer the £1 billion pounds mark

Looks like they'll be giving it the thumbs up.
