FEMA did their job. If the PR govt can't distribute water to it's own people, how is that Trump's fault?

Satellite evidence shows it´s been there since "only" January, not quite a year. But yes, it´s still there as of yesterday

Ok BI - soooo since your editors felt this was important to put out - what response have your reporters recieved after asking the various levels of local - regional and governor offices in PR about this ?

This is going to fuel Trump and his base. They will claim it's not his fault the relief effort failed.
