Why the hell doesn’t the guy just do what the officers ask him to do? He could be reaching for a gun for all they know, they have to make a decision in the heat of the moment which is often the wrong one.
It doesn’t *appear* to show a man getting shot in the back, it explicitly shows a man getting shot in the back. Why try to water it down like this?
