, where she railed against President Trump. Rice believes the current administration has done significant damage to the international reputation of the United States.

Trump to posthumously pardon Susan B. AnthonyThe move by Trump was a clear attempt to appeal to female voters, who polls show prefer former Vice President Joe Biden in the upcoming 2020 election. Anybody think Susan would approve of him? Trump would call Susan B Anthony a nasty woman. She didn’t sit down & shut up or a woman who is simply decor! I do wonder why Biden, and Obama never did this? Guess they didn't think it mattered.
