Cebu Provincial Board made this appeal to the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Department of Trade and Industry amid the latter’s recent insistence of regulation and tax collection of those engaging in online trading, including barter group. “Regardless of these circumstances, household bills and expenses are piling up. The need to get by with day-to-day finances is inevitable,” Soco’s resolution reads
