last week, which stated Warner Bros. will be interviewing current and former staffers about their experience on the set of the syndicated talk show, per their sources who have knowledge of the email's contents.
Ellen DeGeneres was never accused of any of the alleged misconduct. And though none of the staffers named the talk-show host, one person stated, "I think the executive producers surround her and tell her, ‘Things are going great, everybody's happy,' and she just believes that, but it's her responsibility to go beyond that."
I have noticed that if you have a different political view then her she has treated those people that come on her show like crap. I've heard that. Pretty ironic when a gay person flips out if you don't agree with their way of thinking

How far removed from reality do you have to be to not see what’s happening right underneath you? She’s the face and name of the show. She has a responsibility in this just as much as the 3 producers who’ve been accused of sheltering her so she doesn’t see what’s really happening
