Group Including Natalie Portman and Serena Williams to Launch Women’s Soccer Team in Los Angeles

A majority female-led group including actress Natalie Portman, female tech and gaming entrepreneurs and 14 former members of the U.S. women’s soccer team has secured the right to launch a National Women’s Soccer League team in Los Angeles in 2022.

Awesome. Now they can learn firsthand that whatever they pay their players, it’s not enough.
