Lucy Kennedy has said that it is a “blessing in disguise” that Ireland’s Got Talent was shelved after last year’s second series.

Lucy told The Social Media: “I think it is a blessing in disguise this season didn’t happen this year but I do think the show was pulled too soon. Asked about her own TV work, Lucy said that she would like to try working with young kids following the massive success of her recent book, The Friendship Fairies.

While at home, Lucy has been balancing work duties with parenting her three kids, Jack, Holly and Jess, and her marriage to Richard Governey.Lucy added the Normal People’s saucy scenes were handled perfectly and they were in no way sleazy.
