ART, music and dance academies as well as cybercafes and non-water-based theme parks in Penang are allowed to open under the recovery movement control order . In a statement today, State Tourism, Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee chairman Yeoh Soon Hin said these sectors are allowed to open as long as they comply with health and safety regulations of the National Security Council and local authorities.
