Why are masks so effective at preventing the spread of the new coronavirus? They help protect cells in your nasal cavity, which are the most vulnerable to infection from COVID-19, a new lab experiment shows.

The virus tends to first infect the nasal cavity, replicating less well in the lower respiratory tract, University of North Carolina researchers found.

I'm still wearing mask everywhere I go. The park was empty today, I didn't wear mask and feels like normal again. But I have it in my purse all the time coz all business places are mandatory for wearing mask. I'm glad my bulldog doesnt have to wear mask 😊😊😊
