Friends co-creator Marta Kauffman says she didn't do enough to promote diversity on the show

Kauffman who was one of the co-creators of the show along with David Crane, spoke on a panel at the virtual 2020 ATX TV festival and made the emotional admission when asked what she wished she knew before starting her career.she said, tearing up."Sorry, I just wish I knew then what I know now. I would’ve made very different decisions.

That’s bc it wasn’t that much of an issue or a big deal then. She didn’t need too.
