Maya Jama says her new BBC prime time show is 'biggest moment of her career'

Maya Jama has revealed her pride over her new BBC prime time show after announcing she was leaving Radio 1.

The stunning presenter wrote: “If I'm honest I've not felt like myself recently with everything that's going on in the world... Maya Jama She added: "I’ve kept it kind of quiet what my next step would be after radio but you will be able to see me every Saturday night at 9:15pm on @bbcone starting tonight.

Maya has worked for Radio 1 since joining the team in 2018, and the news of her departure comes after she was linked to the Strictly Come Dancing line-up for the 2020 series.
