Two people have been arrested in connection with a viral video that appears to show a white teenager demand a black teenager"kiss my shoe" before slapping him.
Yet crazy that even this is only a fraction as shocking as police walking on by a 75-yr old man with blood pouring from his ear after they pushed him to the ground and probably fractured his skull.
