Normal People Actor Sean Doyle has come forward to say that more shows should aim to portray sex in the same way Normal People did.
Sean said: “We’re watching two young people deal with each other in a very healthy way. In that moment when they are getting intimate, that’s a different world. “When you’re exposed to porn or lad chat, it’s all fantasy, where nobody talks, where you change position every 30 seconds and everyone is ripped, or really good looking, it can breed a lot of inadequacy feelings.The series which finishes airing tomorrow has been massively successful not only in Ireland but in the UK and US as well.
“We were all on a WhatsApp group and the reaction was baffling. It’s been incredible, we knew the book was amazing and that we had a special script in our hands, and an amazing cast and crew.
