Prince Charles reveals he chose the music for Kate and William’s wedding

PRINCE Charles has revealed that he had an important part to play at Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding back in 2011.

revealed his involvement during an appearance on Classic FM with Alan Titchmarsh where he spoke about his passion for classical music.Prince Charles revealed he helped to pick some of the music for Kate Middleton and Prince William's wedding in 2011Speaking on the show he said: “I love trying to organise some interesting, I hope, pieces of music for certain occasions…particularly for weddings if people want.

“I know my eldest son was quite understanding and was perfectly happy for me to suggest a few pieces for their wedding. “I hope that gave some people pleasure, but it's rather fun having orchestras in for great occasions like that, and why not suggest a few pieces occasionally?”Charles said that William was happy for him to make suggestions on his wedding dayThe Prince of Wales also helped pick out the wedding music at Meghan and Harry's nuptials
