The Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF, has said that the 2020 Eid-el Fitr celebrations came at the most trying period not only for Muslims but for all Nigerians.
The National Publicity Secretary of the ACF, Mr. Emmanuel Yawe, said on Sunday that the forum celebrates with the Muslim Ummah the end of the Ramadan fasting. It expressed gratitude that even though COVID-19 is novel, the Muslim community has broadly cooperated with the government in observing the safety protocols and appealed to them to continue to pray.
