With the resumption of production shoots starting May 16, the Film Development Council of the Philippines has released guidelines for filming under quarantine.

[Translation: Of course involves people and we will have a difficult time controlling it because number one, are currently prohibited.]

Interior spaces must be ventilated enough, while holding areas for talents and crew should be set up outside if possible for better ventilation. For hygienic measures, all sets should have handwashing areas and any wardrobe to be used must be certified to have been deep cleaned before and after the shoot.

Regarding food and catering, all drinks must be in single-serve containers such as water bottles and cans, while sit-down meals should be set up with seats that are a meter apart. The FCDP estimates there are 150,000 workers in the film and audio-visual industry, which include those working in television, advertising, and animation. Meanwhile, there are over 200,000 working in the live events industry, which covers the likes of theatre workers, performers, technical crew, and production staff.
