are twofold.
HuffPost spoke to Chambers about what people should know about coronavirus antibody tests and what they should consider if they want to get one. It’s a test on [blood] serum for reactivity of one of these antibody proteins that your human immune response makes in response to, say, a prior infection. So, you know, there’s any number of antibody tests to see if you’ve developed an immune response to some infectious agent.
If you’re in a very low-prevalence setting, the test is probably going to be negative because if only one in 1,000 people is infected ― 99.9% are going to be negative. So it doesn’t really provide a lot of assurance unless there is a significant amount of prevalence in the community, in a place like New York, for example. But in the low-prevalence setting, a positive test is more likely to be a false positive.
What value do these test results have to researchers working on disease surveillance and drug and vaccine development?
А вы как думаете?
Or.. you have no idea what you are talking about and still got paid to write a poorly researched article.
Yes sir, indeed! Especially since these COVID-19 (Certificate Of Vaccinations I.D.) tests are so advanced that they can even determine if certain fruits have the virus! Now, that's what I call legitimate!
Panic porn.

So what's the point? I would hope they could do better than 50/50. I don't want to see a commercial in the future say 'Did you get an antibody test between 2020 and 2024? Did you develop a burning sensation in your big toe? Call the law offices of Flimm and Flamm'
What a fun headline. A real roller coaster.
First you scream more test more testing! Then you doubt the tests?
wow. really?🤣
