Keeping a safe distance doesn’t mean you have to stay in your house. Go for a walk, sit outside and enjoy the sun...whatever. Just be mindful of your surroundings. It’s really not that hard to comprehend.
Summer will still come, how we summer will change. Yes, for sure with stresses, pressures and likely mental health struggles but when we can barely cope with today's struggles, it's not helpful to also own tomorrows. Especially when possiblities are infinite.

people are not gonna sit through this all summer long and I hope you don't think so.. that is not reality ... people need work savings run dry and it wont matter at that point what the gov wants ...

People should be fine without large events. Theres other things you can do. Visit friends family. Go on a road trip. Go camping. Just have to get used to no large gatherings for a while

I’ll be out enjoying the weather. The real numbers will be out over the next 4-6 weeks. Healthy people have nothing to fear. Let’s continue to have the elderly and sick stay in isolation though.

You can go outside as long as you keep your distance.. on days with temps over 10C I have been going out for bike rides on trails near my house and so have other people... everyone keeps their distance and gets to enjoy the fresh air
