“I look forward to going back around with the camera in a few months when the streets will be back to their usual busy selves.Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has said "our new enemy" in the fight to contain Covid-19 is complacency.
Mr Varadkar added: "This is a big challenge. It might not be possible but we will pull out all the stops to make it happen." But opposition leaders have raised concern over what they say is a lack of transparency on decision making. "There are a series of very significant decisions to be taken and we must move away from an approach which looks increasingly like decisions are to be taken first and discussion will only be allowed afterwards."
