Britain's Got Talent live shows 'postponed until September' due to coronavirus crisis

The series is due to start next month, with it being confirmed the audition process will air as normal.

A source close to the show — judged by Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams — said: "They have no idea when the live shows will take place as it depends on government guidelines and advice. They said in a statement: "The Britain's Got Talent audition shows are due to be broadcast in the next few weeks as planned.

The Geordie duo were labelled "heroes" after carrying on with the show, which pulled in a massive 11million viewers.
