Nick Tucci, the actor known for his roles in"You're Next" and"Long Lost," has died at age 38."This is Alexander Tucci, Nick’s father," he wrote. "On Tuesday, March 3, Nick died at theWayne R. Scherzer, a representative for Tucci and president of Roth & Associates East, confirmed the actor's death to USA TODAY in an email.
Alexander Tucci wrote that son chose to keep his illness private as he wanted to continue to pursue his profession in acting and his"artistic dreams" for as long as possible. Over the last year of his life he continued to audition, go on location and work, which"he loved so much." "RIP Nick Tucci," he wrote. "I was lucky enough to work with Nick on three movies and he was one of my favorite actors to work with. I’m honored to have been able to call him a friend and a colleague."
