BEING a full-time musician in Malaysia can be a tough job, but there are enough out there who do it and keep the scene alive and vibrant for the benefit of everyone.
With this in mind, Persatuan Pemuzik Tempatan Selangor is organising what could probably be called the “mother of all” concerts next weekend. Albert Sirimal, Vijay David and Bada are also in the line-up. They will be joined on stage by Gerard. Even the emcees for the nights will be familiar voices, if not faces, as they are veterans in the broadcast industry, having taken to the airwaves all those years ago. These emcees are Radha Krishnan, Yasmin Yusuff, Neubert Ambrose, Nigel Green and Simon D’Cruz.
Fans who might be worried about the Covid-19 outbreak should rest assured as the organisers are taking every effort to ensure the safety of guests and performers at the event.
