The rough sleepers pose a huge threat to spreading the coronavirus,the Goverment must provide public showers for them to remain hyginacally clean,and stop the spread of the virus.

The nhs doesn't control the safty net for all our individuals. They can only attempt to pick up the pieces from the hostile mismanaged system created by government.
NHS used to have social work teams that would work with the patient and the local council to get the patient accommodation, they never used to be released back onto the street. David Cameron's government changed the NHS rules so patients could be released back onto the street.
