Films will warn viewers if they contain scenes of 'domestic abuse' for the first time under new censor guidelines

British Board of Film Classification decided 'domestic abuse' will be flagged. BBFC worked with Women's Aid and Respect charities while making decision. The issue will be flagged even if it does not impact the certification.

We are getting to a point where warnings and trigger warnings on films and TV shows are longer than the movies themselves.
