Sen. Rand Paul attempted to ask a question at the Senate impeachment trial of President Trump. Paul was rebuffed by Chief Justice John Roberts, and shortly thereafter left the Senate chamber. Sketch artist Bill Hennessy has captured what wasn't seen on TV.

Paul, a Republican of Kentucky, was not seen reacting to Roberts or leaving the floor on TV, however, because as with the rest of the trial, the US Senate limits what TV images the public sees. Rand Paul is a dangerous man. AllRoadsLeadToPutin

Nice sketch

Senators have every right to ask questions, he did not out anyone. His question pertains to previous accounts regarding these NSC employees and their plotting this impeachment shenanigans. Way to throw eggs at them, Rand!

Rand Paul was not rebuffed by Roberts, the question was refused by the dems. This proves that SHIFTYSCHIFF has been lying all along, he does know who the 'whistleblower' is. Senator Paul's question said nothing about the 'whistleblower' but mentioned two names.

Bye boy!

Shame! RussianRand

Jail him!

A deplorable, small man.

So RandPaul has a hissy-fit when the Chief Justice of the highest court in the land blocks his attempt to coerce the commission of a crime in the most preeminent, most publicized litigation that can occur in this country outting a whistleblower's name? How Republican of him! GOP
