Coronation Street's Katie McGlynn shows off one stone weight loss after 12-week transformation

CORONATION Street star Katie McGlynn has shed a whopping one stone after feeling "dowdy and frumpy" during her latter weeks on the ITV soap.

Katie, 26, gushed of her healthy transformation: “I am so happy with my overall physical and mental wellbeing after this transformation. "I didn’t feel like myself whatsoever. I felt sluggish. I felt really dowdy and frumpy, whereas now I just feel more myself again. I’ve got more energy, I’ve got a lot more confidence in general.

“I have learned what to do nutrition-wise, and what to do with my training and steps. I’ve learned so much and I’m not going to go back to my old habits constantly.

Well done to her but she has plenty of time and money to go gym when she wants any time of day and pay for personal trainers and nutritionists.
