“Conga” played in the background. He then sang some of Cubaton songs, including Jacob Forever’s “Hasta Que Se Seque El Malecon” and “Quiereme.”In addition to light shows, smoke effects and dancers, each song had its own visual imagery playing from a large projector that dominated the entire stage. During his heartfelt performance of “Mi Forma de Ser,” never-before-seen photos of Farruko were shown in the background.
Before paying a sweet tribute to his island with songs such as “Borinquen Bella,” the large screen showed impactful scenes of the Puerto Rican community overcoming the natural disasters.As if he was hosting his own awards show, it’s safe to say that Farruko changed outfits about 10 times throughout the night.
