It looks like it was pretty high, not like it was a takeoff-immediate-crash scenario. It was definitely in climbing mode, gaining altitude at considerable distance from the airport. In the video, It took a good amount of time for the plane to fall from the sky and then crash.

How come the news reported it was caused by technical complications so quickly after the crash. I remember reading that almost simultaneously to hearing the crash happened- before they knew if anyone survived. That’s backwards. How does that work?
My, my those poor people. RIP Must be an technical / pilot error or Iran would’ve claimed it by now. Will no doubt add to growing tension in the region as speculation grows.
