I’m in no way trying to gloss over or diminish the horrendous acts that many believe have been influenced by films in the past, be it shootings or murders, but I also don’t believe rewarding a hard-working actor who put his body and own mental health on the line for his craft is saying this behaviour in the real world is ok.
