Fans are ecstatic over announcement that K-pop boy band Big Bang will be performing at Coachella, one of the biggest music festivals in the US.

Big Bang is one of 176 artists performing at the festival, to be held on April 10 to 12 and April 17 to 19 at Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. The boy band will perform on April 10 and 17. Performers at Coachella include Rage Against the Machine, Travis Scott, Frank Ocean, Lana Del Rey, FKA twigs, Carly Rae Jepsen, Epik High and Calvin Harris.

It is also their first performance since being discharged from the military. T.O.P, who enlisted in February 2017, completed his military service last July. G-Dragon was discharged last October after enlisting on Feb. 27, 2018 while Daesung, who entered the military on March 13, and Taeyang, who enlisted on March 12, 2018, completed theirs last November.
