Love Island bosses have reportedly met for "crisis talks" about Caroline Flack's job on the show following her shock arrest.
On Friday, a Met Police spokesman told OK! online: "Caroline Flack, 40, of Islington was charged on Friday, 13 December with assault by beating. She will appear on bail at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 23 December. It has been reported that many of the show's former contestants, whom have not been named, have been lined up to take her place on the show if she's not able to make it to South Africa, according to Mirror Online.
Laura Whitmore — who is the girlfriend of Love Island narrator Iain Stirling — has also been linked to the show.
